Hobbs opening for Bracknell’s The Lexicon

The Lexicon Bracknell Shopping Centera joint venture between Schroders Capital UK Real Estate Fund and Legal & General Capital, announced the signing of a Hobbs.

The luxury women’s clothing brand has has pledged to take 2,260 square feet of space in the former Jack Wills store and will sit alongside other brands including TK Maxx, Next and H&M.

The Hobbs opening will join Laser Clinics, Wimpy, Gymfinity Kids, Hat and Home and Perfect Smile in a combined program of 22,041 square feet.

These latest rentals highlight Lexicon’s goal is to attract strong retail and F&B brandsto create a modern mixed-use retail destination to help improve Bracknell’s daytime and nighttime economy.
