The Lexicon continued to expand its food and beverage offering with a series of new restaurants, while more retailers also joined the Bracknell hub.
Brands such as Japanese takeaway Kokoro, GAIL’s Bakery and Yi Fang are set to take a seat at Lexicon.
Home Furnishings Store Plush will also open a new 19,210 square foot flagship store alongside Fone World.
Together, the rentals span over 26,300 square feet.
The Lexicon is a joint venture partnership between Schroder UK Real Estate Fund and Legal & General Capital.
Harry Pickering, UK Retail Manager at Schroders, said: âThe reopening of non-core retail continues to breathe new life into the real estate industry, and outdoor retail programs, in particular, such as The Lexicon in Bracknell, still enjoy a high level of attraction with the diversity of shopping, dining and leisure facilities it has to offer in a winning location.
âFrom our point of view, the key now is to prioritize making the shopping experience as exciting and engaging as possible, to continue to restore consumer confidence and to seize this opportunity to catch up as much as possible what has been a damaging year for the industry. . “
The Lexicon’s joint agents are CBRE and Lunson Mitchenall.
