Owner Shweta Mahadik said: ‘I was a physiotherapist working with the NHS for 20 years mainly in elderly care. This gives you a real appreciation of the care industry and the importance of good quality, tailored care.

“As a specialist in Parkinson’s and dementia care, Shweta said one of the most important things she wants to do is help families understand the changes their loved one will go through.

She explained, “It’s important to educate people to make sure they understand the importance of good care and to make sure their care is right for them.

“With my background, particularly in falls prevention and elder care, I think this gives me a unique skill set. It’s something I can use to help our customers.
