Emily Ratcliffe, Tilia Houses

She began her career in financial services before moving into a customer-focused role in the construction industry seven years ago. She previously worked for Redrow Homes and Bellway.

Ashleigh Hopkins, West Wales Khaki

Ashleigh Hopkins, West Wales KhakiAshleigh Hopkins, 33, has been promoted to business manager at Persimmon’s West Wales. His previous position was that of chief quantity surveyor. He said: “I’ve been a lead quantity surveyor since I was young and have held management positions, so it was a logical step up. I’m thrilled to be in this fantastic role.

Chris Grady, Castle Green Homes

Chris Grady, Castle Green HomesCastle Green Homes has appointed Chris Grady to the new position of Chief Legal Officer. Prior to joining us, he was a partner at Weightmans in Liverpool from 2016. He completed a law degree at Liverpool John Moores University, followed by a post-graduate legal practice course. He joined Mace & Jones in its residential development team in October 2007.

Nicola McCowan Hill, Muir Houses

With over 16 years of experience in the residential sector, his in-depth knowledge of the planning landscape has been gained in previously held roles in the public and private sectors. She is also Chair of Homes for Scotland’s Mid-East Home Builders Committee.

Two dates, Persimmon North London

Anna Barrett and Lucy Ormrod, Persimmon HomesPersimmon has further strengthened its land and planning team with the appointment of an experienced land manager and development control planner. Anna Barrett comes from Bugler Group, where she was land and new business manager, while Lucy Ormrod joined Bracknell Forest Borough Council, where she was planning officer.

Gary Preston, Dolphin Living

Gary Preston, Dolphin LivingDolphin Living has welcomed Gary Preston to the team as Chief Financial Officer. He joins with a wealth of experience in the property sector having worked for over 13 years in the financial services of some of the UK’s largest property companies, most recently as financial controller of property investment firm FTSE 250 CLS Holdings.
