Four questions to Nancy Sheppard Pantoliano, founder of Nancy Sheppard Pantoliano Homes.
Why did you start your business?
We have served the community of Rowayton for many years. Originally as VanSlyck Brokerage, then Prudential CT Realty and now as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties. From the start, our mission has always been to serve our clients and help them achieve their real estate goals.
What is your best-selling product / service?
Our comprehensive real estate services. From market assessments, to staging, to mortgage and insurance assistance, to marketing and assisting our clients with the sale or purchase of their home.
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
Rowayton Wine Shop is our go-to venue for events, our agents are always at Rowayton Market, Rowayton Seafood is a favorite to take customers for an example of life here. In addition to visiting Rowayton hardware store almost every week!
Have you “reimagined” your small business?
With the turn of events in the past 2 years, we have had to learn a new way of doing business. This is something that I think we were able to conquer quickly to be able to serve our customers.
Nancy would like to name Rowayton Wine Shop to be the next star!
